MKTO announce 2026 Australian and New Zealand tour dates

After a short visit to Melbourne and Sydney last year, US Pop/Hip-hop duo MKTO are back for a national tour.

New MKTO tour dates have dropped, and I’m ready to shout ‘baby, you’re so classic’ at the top of my lungs.

In an Instagram post this morning, their official account @wearemkto posted an announcement with the caption, ‘Australia & New Zealand: We are excited to announce we are returning in September! 🇳🇿🇦🇺’

MKTO initially rose to fame with their 2013 smash hit ‘Classic’, a track teeming with iconic references to Michael Jackson, Prince, Marvin Gaye, Beyoncé, and Marilyn Monroe. The duo then went on to release their self-titled album in January 2014, which included hits like ‘American Dream’, ‘Thank You’, and ‘God Only Knows’.

After a two-year hiatus, the duo returned in 2018 and released ‘How Can I Forget’. Their latest single, ‘How Much’, was followed by a string of tours across the US and Australia.

As everyone relives their 2010s memories, MKTO’s nostalgia-fuelled return will surely bring fans back to simpler times.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Wednesday, 20 May at 9am AEST, followed by the general sale on Thursday, 21 May at 9am AEST.
