Special thanks to all of our partners, who made our 2022 Needle in the Hay competition possible, and for a night that will go down in the annals of music history.
Happy Mag’s annual Needle in the Hay competition was a sonic adventure, unearthing a wealth of incredible new talent that left us utterly spellbound.
Winner, Beckah Amani, took home the grand prize of having her pulsating single, “Smoke and Mirrors”, pressed onto vinyl by the legends at Zenith Records, not to mention the stack of audio goodness from Harmony, Rode, and Death By Audio, just to name a few.
All of which, culminated in an unforgettable night of live music at the Marly Bar in Newtown.
Happy Mag’s 2022 Needle In The Hay finalists party was a night to remember, featuring exceptional performances from some of the most talented musicians of the year.
Boy Soda, Dead Witch, R.F. Coleman, The Sooks, and Bandi all brought their A-game to the stage, leaving the crowd in awe with their electrifying sets, making it a night of unforgettable music, cold beer, and great vibes.
But let’s take a moment to give props where they’re due.
