Nick Cave launches new 24/7 live stream channel, ‘Bad Seed Teevee’

As if Nick Cave couldn’t get any cooler, he’s gone and launched a 24/7 live stream series on YouTube where everyone bored in iso can binge-watch rarities from his career including exclusive interviews, live music and never-before-seen videos.

The series dubbed Bad Seed TeeVee – based on his band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds – came after coronavirus caused the cancellation of his European and UK tour.

The 24/7 live stream has been going since mid-last week and is still live on YouTube, with more Nick Cave goodness still to come.

Cave has rescheduled his Europe / UK tour to Spring 2021, with his North American tour still planning its rounds from September this year; subject to change of course.

“It’s 10.30 Wednesday evening, and if the world wasn’t in lockdown, I’d be onstage in Toulouse, France singing my heart out with The Bad Seeds,” Cave wrote on Facebook.

How is he doing it? How many days of footage and content does Cave have lined up for us? I guess we have to keep watching to find out.

Who knows how long it will stream for, but here’s hoping it’ll be available to watch online after it ends.
