Melbourne folk-pop outfit Playwrite are gearing up to release their debut album Cathedrals, and to celebrate, have announced an official album launch show.
Three years in the making, Cathedrals, produced by Jimi Maroudas (Kimbra, Eskimo Joe) is now set for release on November 26, and will include eleven tracks written by the band over the past five years.
Playwrite will be launching the album on Friday November 27 at Melbourne’s Shadow Electric Bandroom, with support acts Hayden Calnin and Slow Turismo. Further event and ticket information can be found here.
