PREMIERE: Mango Machine are operating in a league of their own on Copa

There’s no other band currently making the rounds quite like Mango Machine. With their hypnotic fusion of sounds, the Sydney three-piece have quickly carved out an incredibly unique space for themselves in the Australian music scene.

With the release of their new video for Copa, the trio continue to build on their rich, expansive sounds. If you’re not already across this band, you’ve straight-up been missing out.

On their new single Copa, Sydney-based three-piece Mango Machine deliver a dynamic concoction of groove-laden sounds.

Throughout the new track, Mango Machine – made up of Liam Kivijian (Producer, Trumpet), Addison Geiger (Electric Guitar), and Nick Wellard (Bass Guitar) – glide through a groove-laden blend of dance, funk, indie-rock, and Latin to craft a sound entirely their own.

With layers of rich guitar lines, irresistible bass lines, and air-tight percussion, Copa is a track you won’t be able to resist dancing to. Across its four-minute duration, the track pulls in myriad directions – it never sits in one place for too long. But ultimately, Copa is hypnotically groovy. Once you hit play on this new single, you’ll be hooked.

These are still early days for this Sydney band, but judging by the quality of what we’ve heard so far, I think we can safely expect plenty more quality tunes from Mango Machine.
