PREMIERE: Don’t try to resist the delicious garage sounds of Sweet Banana’s debut single FFS

Sweet Banana are a no-bullshit band. Hailing from various locations around Sydney, the four-piece belt out a sun-soaked brand of garage-punk that’ll slap you right across the head… in the best way possible.

It’s loud, raucous, and incredibly infectious. So we’re stoked to be premiering their debut single FFS for you today.

Sydney garage-punk four-piece Sweet Banana make one hell of a first impression on their incredible debut single FFS.

Made up of guitarist and vocalist Luke Aaron, drummer Lachlan Hunter, guitarist and vocalist Cade Thomson, and bassist Lewis Bustin, Sweet Banana weave energetic vocals with layers of bright, jangly guitar lines to deliver a sound that will stick with you for weeks.

Throughout their new single FFS, the quartet dance through an insanely addictive concoction of genres. There’s a little bit of punk, a little bit of reggae, a little bit of pop, and a whole lot of good vibes. If this new track doesn’t make you want to move, you may want to check your pulse.

These are still early days for Sweet Banana, but judging by what we’ve heard so far, I think we can safely expect plenty more quality tunes from this Sydney band.

For now, do yourself a favour and listen to the new track above.
