Sydney producer Cabu’s latest single is a mellow, house banger

Sydney producer Cabu has hit the nail squarely on the head in his new single, Signs.

Collaborating with fellow singer Vanessa Elisha, her cleverly catchy melodies provide the perfect accompaniment for Cabu’s knocking beats.

CabuCabu has conjured up a certified, mellow house hit with his latest single, Signs. The groove and honey vocals work in perfect tandem for maximum vibe.

Cabu, a Filipino-Australian artist and producer has been quietly but confidently building loyal fans internationally which his knack for creating catchy, banging house tunes and unique remixes.

His most notable remix of Joe Hertz’s Stay Lost has amassed almost 20million hits on Spotify. Cabu has also solidified his talent with hist first original tune, Gold, which is now sitting at over five million streams. To top it off Cabu recently went on a huge national tour supporting EDM giant Slumberjack.

The silky smooth rhythms and production of Signs are what turns it into sonic gold. The confluence of genre-bending hip hop grooves and off kilter pop tendencies, crafts the majority of Cabu musical personality and keeps the fans coming back for more.

After enlisting the ultra-smooth, honey vocals of Vanessa Alisha, Cabu’s beats have taken flight. The catchy melodies and intriguing lyics from Alisha weave an engulfing tale of one sided love and the ability to read warning signs more easily through the lens of hindsight.

We suspect Alisha will be featuring on other tracks from Cabu’s forthcoming EP set to release later this year. The fusion of smooth, melodic vocals and entrancing house has been a combination that was won over crowds for decades and there is no doubt that Cabu will do just that.

Thus, Cabu’s single Signs has influences in all the right places. With a knocking beat, plenty of sultry groove and some delectable vocals we suspect it will be a house playlist favourite in absolutely no time at all.

Keep a close on Cabu, we predict his debut EP will be one of the strongest releases of the year.
