Quentin Tarantino movies have a cult like following. The man can do almost no wrong when it comes to his fan’s opinions of his films. And from the new trailer for upcoming Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, it looks like this one will be no different.
The first trailer dropped last night, featuring all the hallmarks of a Tarantino smash. With Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Margot Robbie making up the lead cast, there’s no doubt that this one will be pretty bloody good.
If the trailer is anything to go off, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood will without a doubt be the next great Tarantino film.
Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is set in LA, circa 1969. It follows DiCaprio’s character, the star of a TV Western, and his stunt double, played by Brad Pitt. Margot Robbie plays Sharon Tate, and the trailer even features a quick appearance of fellow Aussie, Damon Herriman as Charles Manson.
Joining them is Al Pacino, Dakota Fanning, Lena Dunham, Damian Lewis, Emile Hirsch, and the late Luke Perry, in his final role before his passing. Once Upon A Time In Hollywood is the ninth film for the director, and the first since 2015’s The Hateful Eight. It also marks the first film by Tarantino without Harvey Weinstein involved in the production.
The film is set for release in July this year. In the meantime, you can watch the trailer below:
