Mastermind of The Flaming Lips, Wayne Coyne, has released his own psychedelic wrapping paper, just in time for Christmas.
The design is a festive reimagining of the cover art for the most recent studio album from the band, Oczy Mlody. And all the proceeds from sales will go to the Wrap Up Homelessness initiative in Oklahoma City, Coyne’s hometown.
The Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne has designed his own psychedelic Christmas wrapping paper, with all proceeds from sales going to the homeless.
The project is a collaboration with the Curbside Chronicle, a street paper in Oklahoma City dedicated to employing and empowering homeless and low-income individuals.
Coyne posted a photo of the psychedelic wrapping paper on his Instagram last week alongside the caption: “Yessss!! Beautiful Flaming Lips Wrapping Paper is now available!!! Click the link in bio!! You can get single sheets or a package !! Check it out AND ALL THE $$$$ goes to helping the homeless in OKC!! Cool peeps at @curbsideokc always doin cool shit!!!!”
