Graffiti done by The Kid Laroi is being auctioned online for $3,000

Lawsons Auctioneers are selling a piece of Graffiti art, reportedly done by The Kid Laroi, for an estimated price of $2,000–$3,000.

Looks like The Kid Laroi has left his mark in more places than the music industry. Prior to relocating to the US amidst his big break, Laroi reportedly lived in a terrace house in Sydney’s suburb of Camperdown. Right there, on a fire door, a graffiti cartoon illustration can be seen, with the word “LAROI” unmistakeable tagged below it.

This illustration was apparently sprayed on the door by none other than the Aussie hip hop sensation himself, The Kid Laroi, at the young age of 16. Now, it’s up for auction online, and Lawsons Auctioneers estimate it to be worth something between $2,000 and $3,000.

As the listing reads, “The Kid Laroi resided in one of Camperdown’s premium terrace houses by the park from March to August 2019. He was 16 years old and on the verge of breaking into the USA Hip Hop scene.”

Given Laroi’s monumental and fast-rising success since putting down that graffiti spray can, it’s safe to say that this fire door is a now piece of local art and music history.
