The Kiwi accent has been voted the sexiest accent in the world, according to Big 7 Travel (a popular travel website).
The site conducted a survey amongst readers across the globe to determine the worlds sexiest accent for 2019. They ranked 50 accents around the world from most sexy to least.
“To a novice ear, the New Zealand accent might sound just like the Australian accent, but Big 7 Travel readers disagree. The ‘Newzild’ dialect is outrageously charming. The sexiest accent in the world? It’s official.”
The Australian accent has also made it into the top 5 sexiest accents (ranking 5th) much to everyone’s surprise. Other notable mentions include the South African accent (ranked 2nd), Irish (3rd) and Italian (4th).
