Boygenius, New Order and Patti Smith join lineup for The Tibet House US Benefit Concert tonight

The 36th Annual Tibet House US Benefit Concert is a highly anticipated cultural event in New York City, featuring a diverse lineup of legendary and emerging artists.

The Tibet House US Benefit Concert is back, baby! And this year’s lineup promises to be as eclectic as ever. Held at New York’s iconic Carnegie Hall, the event will bring together some of the most legendary and exciting names in music and art.

Artistic Director Philip Glass – considered one of the most influential composers of the 20th century – will lead the charge, joined by a bevy of talented performers, including Pakistani singer, composer, and producer Arooj Aftab. Also gracing the stage will be Patti Smith, Allison Russell, Bernard Sumner and Tom Chapman of New Order, Laurie Anderson, Gogol Bordello, Marc Anthony Thompson of Chocolate Genius, Inc., Zsela, Tenzin Choegyal, The Philip Glass Ensemble with Martha Mooke & The Scorchio Quartet, and more.

And let’s not forget the honorary chairs for the evening – Uma Thurman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Peter Sarsgaard, and Arden Wohl.

But the cherry on top? The inclusion of Boygenius, the powerhouse trio of Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus, and Julien Baker. These three musical titans will grace the stage, giving us a sneak peek of what’s to come on their highly-anticipated debut album, The Record.
