Watch Billie Eilish perform the new Bond theme alongside Johnny Marr

Earlier this year it was announced that Billie Eilish would be taking on the new Bond theme for the upcoming film, No Time To Die.

Now, taking to the Brit Awards on Monday night, the singer has given the track its first live rendition. She was joined by some special guests, including her brother Finneas and none other than The Smiths guitar royalty, Johnny Marr, and legendary film composer, Hans Zimmer.

The theme was officially released last Friday. In an interview with Zan Lowe from Apple’s Beats 1, Eilish described that the song had taken only three days to write. Eilish is the youngest artist ever to have recorded a theme song for the Bond franchise.

Speaking on the track, Mark Savage from the BBC has described: “It’s easily the most audacious and atmospheric take on the Bond theme in recent memory.”

At the end of last month, Eilish and Finneas took out five Grammys between them, including for Best New Artist and Album of the Year. Following this, the duo gave a rendition of the Beatles’ Yesterday at the Academy Awards for their In Memoriam segment.
