Every Tomorrow – Pure X
Their album “Angel” is so good. Every track on it. But this is my favourite. It’s so relaxing and nice to listen to – I love how repetitive it is, like a lullaby.
Pay Attention – Colleen Green
This is the first Colleen track I’ve heard with live drums and stuff. Jake from Jeff The Brotherhood plays as part of her backing band. It’s such a rad pop song. I’m in love with her … and her voice.
River – together PANGEA
These guys are one of my favourite bands in the world at the moment. This is such a good song. I’ve been lucky enough to play with them a couple of times and kinda become friends with them, and they are such good dudes. They shred live too.
It Came From The Heart – Step-Panther
I’ve listened to this song a million times. And I think it’s weird listening to your friend’s bands a lot, but this song is just so perfect. I love it.
Dads Not Home – The Memories
These guys just rule. Ricky is one of the fun-nest, funniest guys in the world. They just write just nice little pop tunes.
Hey Grandma – No Parents
These are my homies from LA, they rule live. And they rule at being nice guyz.
This Could Build Us A Home – The Garden
We played a show with these guys in LA and it was amazing. They are like circus freaks. They put on the most entertaining show you’ve ever seen.
CoCo – OT Genasis
Whip it through the glass.
Penetrating Eye – Thee Oh Sees
I just love that spooky pitch-shifting sound that goes through the verses. It’s so massive and rad.
Blank Space – Taylor Swift
I love pop music, and this is the best pop song of the year. I wish she would write my name on that blank space.
Before heading back OS, Wax Witches are doing a FREE Sydney show at The Lansdowne on Fri 16th Jan!
