Selena Gomez offers up a candid intimacy in her new documentary ‘My Mind & Me’ out via Apple TV+ in early November.
From the director of Madonna’s ‘Truth or Dare’, comes ‘My Mind & Me’ a documentary that focuses on Selena’s journey to well-being. Diagnosed with Lupis in 2014, Selena has for the last 6 years been working to bring balance and mental health to the forefront.
After years in the spotlight, Selena Gomez hit a wall via an unexpected turn that saw her plunge into darkness. This uniquely raw and intimate candid documentary spans her six-year journey into a new light. Using her fame, as a platform to help others, Selena is taking full control of her destiny.
Selena shares her story of stardom, creative outlets, acting, music, and more personally, Lupus (an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues), and depression, and the journey that led her to well-being. A part of that process for the singer/actor has been avoiding the internet for over 4 years.
