Put on your dancing shoes, haven’t you heard? Boney M., the definitive euro-disco juggernaut, will be coming to our shores in 2020 to give us a serving of that carefree boogie we’ve been fixing for.
They’re bringing all the hits and nostalgia you can pack into two exclusive east coast shows at the Palais Theatre in Melbourne and the Enmore Theatre in Sydney. Original member Maizie Williams (not Arya Stark, no) will be fronting the group.

The group, who’ve sold around 100 million records worldwide, have been delivering pure joy wholesale since 1974. Ten of their powerhouse singles charted in Australia, twice with the number one spot for their killer tracks Rivers of Babylon and Rasputin.
They disbanded in 1985 but got back together for shows in early 2010 and have been playing packed houses since. They were here in 2017 and 2018 which says something about the Boney M. live show experience for us Australians.
With other irresistible bangers like Daddy Cool, Ma Baker and Sunny and a back catalogue of undeniable gems, they’re sure to put on one hell of a show.
