50 Cent’s penis enlargement lawsuit finally has a court date, reportedly receiving a trial date for 2023.
A trial date has now been set for July 3rd, 2023, for In Da Club rapper 50 Cents’ lawsuit against Medspa owner Angela Kogan for the unauthorised use of images.
In September, 50 Cent filed a lawsuit against plastic surgeon and MedSpa owner Angela Kogan for using a photo of him that was taken during a trip to Miami in February 2020 to promote her company and its services.
The lawsuit alleges Kogan used the photo, which 50 posed for, believing Kogan to be a fan, to promote Perfection Plastic Surgery without permission, and falsely implied the star underwent penis enlargement surgery.
50 Cent has emphatically maintained that he’s never had penis enlargement or any other surgery at MedSpa.
Residing Judge Robert Scola shared in a statement: “The appearance of counsel and each party or representatives of each party with full authority to enter into a full and complete compromise and settlement is mandatory. If insurance is involved, an adjuster with authority up to the policy limits or the most recent demand, whichever is lower, must attend. Via AllHipHop.
All proceedings of the mediation will be confidential and privileged. If mediation is not conducted, the case may be stricken from the trial calendar, and other sanctions may be imposed.”
It’s possible that the two parties will reach a settlement prior to dispute playing out in court. Mediation for the case must be completed by March 23, 2023 if no settlement agreement can be reached.
50 Cent took to socials to express his thoughts on the matter yesterday “yeah my d_ck is a BIG DEAL set for trial in July no enhancement necessary, these fools put themselves out of business. SMH,” 50 wrote in his caption.
Kogan has previously petitioned for the Southern District of Florida to dismiss the case, saying that 50 cent agreed to pose for the clinic.
