“I just write how I feel, and I’m usually surprised with how it turns out,” Carpi says of her songwriting process.
“I love experimenting with music and while I do want my finished work to have a cohesiveness to them, there’s no point in limiting a creative process. My songs are still all, unapologetically me.”
These are still early days for this singer-songwriter, but judging by what we’ve heard so far, I think we can safely expect plenty more quality tunes from Alex Carpi.
