Marilyn Manson’s ex-girlfriend is suing him for sexual assault

CW: Sexual Assault

Rockstar, Marilyn Manson, has been accused of another case of sexual assault in a recent lawsuit.

An ex-girlfriend of the Marilyn Manson & The Spooky Kids frontman has filed a lawsuit on the grounds that Manson “raped and threatened to kill her”.

The lawsuit also mentions that Manson played her a video called ‘Groupie’. Deeply disturbing in content, the video depicts Manson tying a female fan to a chair, “forcing her to drink urine and threatening her with a gun”.

At the same time, the lawsuit also claims that Manson could have been “possibly pistol-whipping her” during the film.

According to a source close to Manson, the video is: “a scripted short film shot by a crew and a famous photographer/videographer who frequently collaborated with Manson.”

“The actress in the film was an adult who had also appeared in a previous music video called ‘The Long Hard Road Out of Hell.’

“The scripted short film was meant to be an extra video feature for an upcoming album release, but it was never released.”

Whether or not the video was planned and scripted has yet to be revealed.

It has been alleged that the ex-girlfriend met Manson at a pre-Grammy party in 2011.

The chance encounter led to a relationship that the lawsuit describes as being “gentle and romantic”. However, the relationship quickly took a dark turn as Manson became increasingly violent towards the ex-girlfriend.

According to the legal documents (obtained via Deadline), the ex-girlfriend says that Manson became possessive of her early in their relationship, going so far as to “call her angrily, demanding to know where she was and who she was with” if she did not respond to his messages straight away.

Not only that, but the lawsuit also states that Manson was incredibly “demanding of sex”, revealing that Manson would wake his ex-girlfriend up “every hour or two to demand sex”.

The lawsuit also includes Manson’s first accuser, actress Evan Rachel Wood.

They state that Manson revealed the nature of his relationship with Wood to the ex-girlfriend, explaining that there was a time where he had tied the actress to a chair and considered killing her with a gun.

Wood was the first of five women to level allegations of “sexual assault, psychological abuse, and/or various forms of coercion, violence, and intimidation” against the rockstar.

“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” Wood revealed on Instagram earlier this year.

“He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission.”

“I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.”

Since the allegations, Manson has been dropped by his record label and his talent agency for TV projects.

Police also want him in New Hampshire for two possible assaults at a 2019 concert.

While Manson’s team have denied the allegations (with Manson himself remaining silent), he did take to social media earlier this year, labelling Wood’s and the other women’s accusations as “horrible distortions of reality”.
