The custody agreement between Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik may change after his alleged physical fight with his ex-girlfriend’s mother Yolanda.
Despite his alleged harassment against her mother, a source close to Gigi Hadid told People Magazine she intends to share custody of her and Malik’s daughter Khai.
“Gigi has made it clear that her daughter needs her dad,” the source said.
Malik was charged with four counts of harassment against Gigi and Yolanda in October after he allegedly “shoved” Yolanda into a dresser and caused her “mental anguish and physical pain.”
He also allegedly called Yolanda a “f**king Dutch s**t” and ordered her to “stay away from [my] f***ing daughter,” during the incident.
The fight apparently started due to Zayn becoming furious at Yolanda for sharing a photo of his daughter’s face to her 3.7 million Instagram followers after he insisted on keeping her hidden on social media.
Yolanda posted a photo of the baby back in January but fans spotted Khai’s reflection in a mirror on the wall.

Even though the photo was quickly deleted, it apparently raised a lot of tension between the two.
“Yolanda doesn’t see what the issue is, but Zayn – and Gigi – are very against their child being photographed and it’s been a huge cause of tension between them.” a source told The Sun.
Malik pled no contest at the time of the incident and received a fine. He was ordered to complete 90 days of probation for each count, totalling 360 days. He also has to complete an anger management class, a domestic violence program, and he must maintain zero contact with Yolanda.
However, the source talking to People said Hadid doesn’t want it to affect their daughter.
“Gigi will do everything she can to make sure they co-parent in a civil way.”
After reports broke of the altercation, Hadid and Malik announced the news that they had split after almost six years together.
