Experience a darker side of Aussie psych this November with The Baudelaires, Melbourne’s resident garage rockers

The Baudelaires are gearing up for an explosive finish to 2016. For the Melbourne neo-psych rockers, November is set to be full-throttle start to finish, all beginning with the release of their album Musk Hill on the 4th.

And we’ve just heard the fellas will be taking the album on tour. For a taste of Aussie psych that’s a little more garage-y than the country is used to, these guys are all you need to hear.

Known for low-fi drive and more delay than you can shake a fist at, The Baudelaires are ready set to take their skulky sounds all over the country.

While their first EP Be A Baudelaire was a much hazier experience, undoubtedly shaped by some healthy mind-expansion, Musk Hill promises more boogie-friendly territory. Bringing in the mastering chops of Melbourne’s music legend Mikey Young, you can expect a much more considered, clean EP that’s still trippy in all the right places.
