Several iconic Squid Game minigames are now playable in Fortnite maps, just in time for the month of Halloween.

It’s time to spice up your Halloween with the latest Fortnite craze – Squid Game themed maps, featuring children’s games with a brutal twist. It’s every gamer for themselves in the fight to be the last one standing.

Netflix’s Squid Game is a survival drama television series set in South Korea, written and directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk. The series revolves around a set of children’s games that 456 players from various walks of life compete in in order to win money to get them out of debt.

With a generally positive reception, Squid Game soon became the first Korean drama to top Netflix’s top 10 weekly most-watched TV show charts globally, reaching number one in 90 countries including the US and UK. Dubbed in 34 languages with subtitles in 37, it’s no wonder that the series has managed to gain international popularity due to its accessibility.

Some talented map creators have managed to recreate the drama’s iconic high stakes games in the popular free-to-play battle royale game Fortnite, cleverly using existing game mechanics to replicate scenarios in Squid Game‘s twisted children’s games.

Several popular maps include Red Light, Green Light (Creative Code: 6796-5852-0804), The Laboratory (Creative Code: 9684-5332-0845), The Glass Bridge (Creative Code: 2865-1481-0812) and Youtuber Sypher’s Squid Game map (Creative Code: 7268-0342-8131).
