Bon Iver have just announced a bunch of worldwide listening parties where fans can hear the band’s new and highly anticipated album i,i before it comes out.
The listening parties take place this Wednesday, August 7. Admission for the events is free with a huge list of locations to choose from.
i,i, the follow-up to 2016’s 22, A Million, is the fourth album from Bon Iver. What better way to hear it than surrounded by a bunch of hardcore fans?
What’s also exciting is that according to a press release, a limited number of Bon Iver two-track flexi-discs will be available at each event. Be sure to get your mittens on one of them if you come along to the party!
While the events are happening at record stores all over the world, we have been blessed with one in our very own Sydney. If you’re around town, be sure to head to Red Eye Records for the event.
If you can’t make it to the party, get prepared for the album release date. We are sure the indie experimental-folk group will be delivering something special on Aug. 30.
