Happy’s Zen Horoscope (23rd May - 29th May): Get your sh!t together

Happy’s Zen Horoscope (23rd May – 29th May): Get your sh!t together

Saturn wants to know if you’ve been naughty or nice? There is a key 4-month window to get a few things right with a little helping hand of karmic rebalancing thanks to Saturn’s Retrograde on the 23rd.

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Look to see what’s working and what’s not, and change accordingly with a little passionate motivational push from the Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius mid-week.

You have to close one door to open another, so the saying goes. Use this time to do just that, because you have a whole new chapter coming up, and to make it the best chapter ever, you have to give some thanks for the love that you have had and give thanks for the work that had come your way that helped you pay your bills.

Also, give thanks for your health, but mostly give props for love, past and present, so that so you can clear the way for even more love in the future.

Pause no more, activate yourself a little already.  This is the timeframe to follow up on your plans from last week. You’ll be amazed at how much you can do from right where you are. No need to stray away from your routines, it’s best to stick with them, you can research, register interest, flirt, or even organise dates.

Just make sure you do it, because you can’t always wait around for others. You just can’t. Advice: You Do It. If anything new comes up, as long as it doesn’t mess with your routine too much, say yes.

Raising your self-awareness is a gift, it really is. You feel to know that you need to raise the bar, willpower, control, determination, all of those things. You have worked out how to make decisions based on your moral code, so set forth now and let this new mode of discipline dictate your week ahead.

Now is not the time to be passive. Be assertive and go get stuff done. Advice for the week ahead, keep your emotions measured, and let creativity reign. If any problems arise, you’ll be able to handle them with diplomacy and compassion.

Nice week for seeing how we are all actually pretty similar. Your family, their families, not so different, am I right? There’s always going to be a bit of conflict, a bit of diversity, a bit of tension here or there.

But most importantly there is always going to be a lot of love, laughter and things to celebrate,  and in this way, your family means a lot to you, which is a good thing, because you feel to be spending a lot of time with them this week. Enjoy yourself, it’s not every day you get to spend time in this way.

Time to shake some personal bad habits, so let old Saturn retrograde get in there and work its magic. Doesn’t mean you can’t have fun, it’s just a matter of finding fun that is healthier for you, maybe a little less drinking, a little less smoking, whatever it is that you want to kick or do less of, you still need to find a way to unwind, and relax.

So advice for the week, whilst exploring your thoughts, remember that even though you might want to change a few things, don’t take it to the point that you strip all of the fun out of things. You still gotta have your fun.

Sharing is caring, this is pretty much your M.O for the early part of the week. Saturn’s retrograde is going to find you thinking about what you can do to help others. You’ll find it’s all pretty much within reach, you don’t actually have to go too far out of your way to make a difference in someone’s life.

Charity begins in the home, and then extends outward. Advice for the week, you may find yourself thinking, ‘why should I when they don’t?’ But now is not the time to be thinking about what others should or shouldn’t be doing, because you know you want to, and that’s all that matters.

No doubt some of your personal goals are falling by the wayside thanks to covid, kind of makes you feel like you should have planned somehow, or tried something different, but there’s not much you can do now except wait. Travel restrictions can get the better of the best of us, and poor old Sagittarius, you really feel to be feeling it.

The entrepreneur that you are, you’re probably having a tough time with your international connections, but try not to worry too much, just focus on what you can do, not what you can’t. Advice: don’t try any back door tactics, you’ll only make things harder.

Creativity is at a peak right now, you feel more than ready to get a new project off the ground. There are some decisions to be made, mostly people related. Someone may break your heart, maybe you have to make a hard call to keep true to your vision. This may cause a bit of an emotional upheaval, there may well be tears.

So if you feel it, cry, cry your heart out, because it’s the first step towards the healing process, it’s important as it helps you to be gentle with yourself.  Advice: whatever is happening this week is in place to help you stay aligned with your personal goals.

You are always independent and clear about what you want. But sometimes, on your journey of being progressive and forward-thinking, you can come across a bit blunt. I’m right, your wrong kind of vibe.

Even if you are right, which often you are, it doesn’t mean you get to flaunt it, you know what I mean? People don’t always take to being wrong, so avoid the urge to tell people how it is, just for this week. Because you don’t have to prove yourself to anyone. You really don’t.

Like a fish taking to water, this is a great week to take on a new creative outlet. It’s just a matter of believing in yourself,  so use the power of the Retrograde on the 23rd, and think about what you really want to do, and do it. Paint, draw, write, poeticise your heart out. Let the Jack Kerouac in you come to the foreground and colour your world in just the way you like it.  Use your creativity to express yourself, all the feels get them all out on paper. It will make you feel amazing!

Interesting week to achieve things in a slightly different way than you may have first imagined you would. More power to you, I say, for being so open to finding solutions.

It may take some getting used to, maybe you’ll find yourself comparing, looking to see how others did it, try not to let this stop you from doing things in your own unique way. Advice: maybe you are afraid to try new methods, but take a leap of faith anyway. It will work out. You’ll see.

Nice time to reflect on your relationships and look to see if you are living up to your end of the bargain. Are there things you could do more of, less of? Look to the people closest to you at this time, and check to see how you can make things even better. Chances are it’s as easy as having a little more fun, engaging in a way that you know makes them happy.

You’ll be surprised at how easy it is to make someone’s day better. It needn’t be big, the greatest pleasures in life are to be found in the simple things. Game of checkers, anyone?
