Harry Styles gets slammed for his “confusing accent” in a newly-released teaser for the upcoming film, Don’t Worry Darling.
Harry Styles has been getting teased online since Thursday (August 25), when a short clip from the upcoming film he’s starring in called Don’t Worry Darling was released across social media platforms. The musician and actor left many fans “confused” with his supposedly muddled accent.
“What is that accent? Cockney? American? I’ll pass,” posted Twitter user, @ballybunyip. “Why did they release this clip? Surely they knew his 1000 accents in 5 seconds wouldn’t go down well,” added @Sez_Sketch.
Don’t Worry Darling is set to launch in movie theatres on September 23 this year. Prior to its official release, it will be premiered at the Venice Film Festival on September 5. This psychological thriller, starring the As It Was hitmaker and Florence Pugh, is directed by Olivia Wilde, House actress, filmmaker, and Harry’s current girlfriend.
