Good Things Festival will be blessing alternative music fans in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane early next month and we could not be more excited.
Now, organisers have announced one last, extra-special addition to the lineup in each city.
Good Things are giving three emerging bands the chance to open at this year’s instalments with an awesome competition.
The first stage of the contest will be based on a voting system, with public voting open today, Tuesday, 5th November until Sunday, 17th November. Be sure to sign up and get all your family, friends, and fans on board to back you up.
The four bands in each city with the most votes will go on to play a showcase at the end of this month for a panel of industry folks, who will then choose one artist per city to open the festival.
If you are selected, you will be playing alongside some of heaviest bands the universe had on offer. Imagine playing on a lineup beside legends like Violent Soho, Parkway Drive, A Day to Remember, Simple Plan, Skeggs, Bad Religion, and heaps more.
