Triple J has revealed its list of nominees for the 2022 J Awards, with King Stingray, Sampa The Great and Flume leading the pack.
The 18th annual J Awards are upon us, and Triple J has kicked off Ausmusic Month by sharing its list of nominees for 2022.
Sporting five award categories, the list is led by the likes of Flume, King Stingray and Sampa The Great, who are all in the running for Australian Album Of The Year, alongside other national acts including Spacey Jane, Gang Of Youths and Stand Atlantic.

Meanwhile, Unearthed Artist Of The Year will be granted to one out of five rising acts in consideration – SPEED, Elsy Wameyo, JACOTÉNE, South Summit and grentperez.
Now almost two decades in the running, the annual J Awards aim to recognise and celebrate the best of Aussie music. This year, Triple J will announce the winners of the five award categories live on the air, on Thursday 17 November. See the full list of nominees below.
