With an already impressive line-up for Yours & Owls Festival including The Preatures, The Rubens and local talent The Pinheads, promoters have decided to surprise younger music lovers by adding an all ages third day with a selection of the line-up performing. Now taking place at Stuart Park Wollongong on Friday October 2nd to Sunday 4th, the festival is offering a massive line-up with multiple days, weekend camping, DJs, mind-altering art installations, face melting projections, a giant birthday cake and a twilight food market curated by Foragers.
Along with expanding the festival, Yours & Owls announced a triple J Unearthed competition which will give a South Coast/Illawarra band the chance to be added to the line-up. If winning that prize is something you’d dream about, you can find the details on how to enter here.
Ben Tillman, promoter of the Yours & Owls Festival told triple J that “This is by far the biggest all ages event to happen in the Illawarra region for as long as we can remember“.
