PREMIERE: Soak in the shimmering glory of Seattic’s new single Young

Since releasing his first single Hey Girl four months back, Melbourne based artist Seattic (real name Adrian Osman) has crafted a unique sound for himself. It’s bright and shimmering; an irresistible blend of infectious vocal melodies and dance-able synth lines.

Now, with the release of his new single Young, Osman continues his streak of releasing quality tracks. Seriously, this thing will be stuck in your head for weeks.

Young, the shimmering and deeply infectious new track from Melbourne-based artist Seattic, will brighten up whatever room you find yourself in.

On the new track, Seattic oozes out a unique and glittery concoction of indie-rock, synth-pop, and R&B that belongs entirely to himself.

Having previously played with the Brisbane rock band Tourism, this new track sees Osman trade in his rock roots for a more pop-driven sound. The result is a truly immersive new track that’s bound to be taking over party playlists all over the country.

Young was produced by by Konstantin Kersting (Jungle Giants, Mallrat, The Belligerents, WAAX), and will feature on Seattic’s debut album Retrospeculation, which is set to drop later this year.

If this new track is anything to go by, I think its safe to say that we’re in for plenty more great tunes courtesy of Seattic.

For now, do yourself a favour and listen to the new tack above.
