Quentin Tarantino is releasing his love letter to the 1960s through the soundtrack of his new film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
Tarantino has curated the lengthy soundtrack down to the very last artist, so you can bet the calibre of the musicians will be nothing but quality.
The soundtrack will feature the likes of Deep Purple, Neil Diamond and Simon and Garfunkel, and will be dispersed amongst Tarantino picked vintage radio advertisements from the exciting era of the 1960s film industry so as to truly transport you back in time.
‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ stars Leonardo Dicaprio, Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt and is a crime thriller set in the 60s and centred around a tv actor and his lifelong stunt partner.
The movie will hit cinemas next month, so if you’re intrigued in seeing what has been described as a “heady, engrossing, kaleidoscopic, spectacularly detailed nostalgic splatter collage of a film, an epic tale of backlot Hollywood in 1969, which allows Tarantino to pile on all his obsessions” as critiqued by Owen Gleiberman, Variety, go check it out and hear the 60s come to life.
