The incredible sonic vision of Radiohead has long been accompanied by stunning visuals and art, fit for any gallery.
Now, Radiohead are releasing a one-thousand-piece jigsaw puzzle, which is sure to cure your quarantine blues, and make a pretty remarkable piece of art for your living room.
Radiohead are set to release a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle with a beautiful design coming from their 2004 EP, Com Lag.
Of course, the puzzle wouldn’t be complete without a quintessentially Radiohead name. The jigsaw puzzle has been fittingly titled Fragmentary Time Waster and has been printed on recycled millboard. They have also given the puzzle a very Radiohead-esque description with subtle lyrical references to their Com Lag EP:
“One thousand small pieces must be carefully assembled in the correct and approved manner. Only then will the entirety of the image be apparent to you. It will not be easy. It is not meant to be easy. It will be easy. It is meant to be easy.”
The Fragmentary Time Waster is certainly not all the band have been doing to keep us entertained during worldwide lockdowns and social distancing restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Radiohead have also been posting a bunch of full footage of their old live shows every week, while Thom Yorke has continued sharing tracks from his upcoming solo album. It has also been recently confirmed that Radiohead will definitely be releasing another album, however, exactly when that will be is still yet to be set in stone.
You will be able to get one of these jigsaws in your hot little hands for just less than sixty bucks after August 24. Check out the Fragmentary Time Waster puzzle and pre-order it on the Radiohead merchandise website here.
