Tonight Sydney Festival will be hosting a tribute the life and of the unsurpassable David Bowie.
As the entire world rallies together to celebrate the incredible, monolithic impact that Bowie had, Sydney Festival have hurriedly put together a tribute night in their Meriton Festival Village in Hyde Park.
Kicking off at 6pm, there will be two DJ sets from 2SER’s Music Director Andrew Khedoori (6:15pm-7:30pm and 8:45pm-9:45pm) – of course playing nothing but Bowie.
David Bowie passed away last Monday the 11th of January after an 18th month battle with cancer. His new album Blackstar (which was unbelievably good) came out last week and is widely becoming known as Bowie’s parting gift to the world.
