Back for its fifth year, Newcastle’s THIS THAT festival has announced its huge 2019 lineup.
This festival is known for consistently having a strong bill featuring both local and international artists, and this year is no exception.
Newcastle’s THIS THAT festival is back for its fifth year with a stellar 2019 lineup featuring Peking Duk, Hermitude and Golden Features.
Following on from last year’s massive lineup with huge names from the likes of BROODS, RL Grime and The Rubens, this year’s festival is definitely one to mark your calendar for.
On November 9th, Golden Features will be closing the main stage and Aussie legends the Thundamentals will be headlining the ‘THAT Stage’. Don’t worry if you’re not a huge electronica fan, there’s plenty more to look forward to with Ali Barter, Middle Kids and Alex Lahey. If that’s not enough they’ve also locked in Northeast Party House, Alex the Astronaut, CXLOE, Meg Mac and Peking Duk.
For the international acts we are served with New York based producer Jai Wolf and the American DJ Nghtmare. Not to forget Newy locals, Raave Tapes, who were the Unearthed act for the festival three years ago. This year’s Unearthed winner is yet to be announced, along with several other acts.
The festival will take place November 9th at Wickham Park, Newcastle. Tickets for the pre-sale are available on July 4th while general admission will be on sale to the public from Friday July 5th. Head to THIS THAT’s website for details.
