Everyone remembers the time Metallica appeared on Jimmy Fallon to play Enter Sandman with toy instruments right? Well, now Aerosmith have done the same thing with their 1975 hit, Walk This Way.
Check out Aerosmith and The Roots playing Walk This Way with toy instruments on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
In the clip, a wood-block wielding Fallon sits in the front row alongside frontman Steven Tyler who plays the harmonica and two apple shakers. The roots and the rest of Aerosmith sit behind playing an assortment of kids instruments, including a toy xylophone, kazoos, ukeleles, and bongos.
The clip also features a nod to Aerosmith’s 1986 version of the song with Run-DMC, with Roots frontman Black Thought and other members playing their instruments inside Adidas sneakers that were made famous by the rap legends.

“Classroom Instruments” is a recurring segment on the show. As well as Metallica, Adele, Camila Cabello, and Ed Sheeran have also appeared on the show to perform their tracks with toy instruments.
