Ahead of its official release this Friday, Gorillaz have taken to the stage to play their new album The Now Now in its entirety.
The audio-visual performance took place at The Boiler Room in Tokyo, and featured guest appearances from Jaime Principle and Snoop Dogg (via on-screen visuals).
You don’t have to wait until Friday to hear Gorillaz new album The Now Now; they just performed the whole thing live in Tokyo.
Gorillaz have already released a whole bunch of tracks from the new record, including Lake Zulrich, Sorcererz, Fire Flies, and Humility… which featured a spectacular appearance from Jack Black in its music video.
The band have also announced the stacked lineup for the 2018 instalment of their Demon Dayz festival in L.A, featuring such acts as Erykah Badu, The Internet, DRAM, and more.
Here’s hoping they return down under soon.
For now, watch the full Boiler Room performance above.
