Winterbourne are hitting the road with their scorching new single Take The Golden

Kicking off the new year with a debut album on the way, Winterbourne have entered 2019 all guns blazing. The Sydney-based duo have been working on new music for months, and with the drop of latest single Take The Golden, along with their first headline tour, we’re foreseeing some pretty bloody good things.

After releasing Better late last year, the first single off their forthcoming debut album, fans have been anxiously waiting for more news of the album drop. The tour, which kicks off in WA, is set to have these new tunes taking centre stage.

Winterbourne’s new single Take The Golden has hit our ears ahead of their first headline tour and the forthcoming release of their debut album.

The album, recorded over a six month period with producer Andy Mak, engineer Jackson Barclay, and multi-instrumentalist Thom Mak, will feature both Take The Golden, and earlier single Better. You can see these tunes and others live on their coming tour.

In a statement released by the band, the album and tour promises to be a polished and meticulously crafted version of the music we know and love. The talented performers are sure to impress anyone who comes to see this new string of shows.

“Long-time friends and collaborators James Draper and Jordan Brady have honed their craft in the studio and on stage to deliver a debut album rich in swirling guitars, lush synths and soaring, catchy choruses.”
