Real estate group LJ Hooker’s latest property tour format could be confused as a porn prelude. The video walkthrough of a contemporary four bedroom home in Padstow features luxury cars, contemporary music, and two professional dancers pretending they live there.
The almost two-and-a-half minute clip was produced by Sydney photography studio Opticool Studios, in what LJ Hooker real estate agent Sam Nader told 10 Daily was at attempt to stand out in the market. Oh, how it stood out.
“In this property market you need something different to make it stand out.”
LJ Hooker Bankstown removed removed the video from social media on Wednesday, apologising in a statement.
“LJ Hooker Bankstown is always looking for new ways to market our listings; however, this time we missed the mark.”
