Danish punk/alt-rockers MOLLY have signed to Dune Rats‘ record label Ratbag Records ahead of the release of their AU/NZ-exclusive self-titled LP, due out September 16.
An exciting week for Molly and fans, as they sign to Aussie record label!
The trio’s sound is heavily influenced by the American rock scene of the 80s and 90s, packed full of fast drums, grungy riffs and spiralling vocals. The guys have taken influence from, and be compared to bands like Dinosaur Jr., and The Replacements.
The threesome quickly scored attention in the underground scene after getting together in 2012, releasing their first full-length album Peach Melba last year.
MOLLY first met the Dune Rats whilst in Copenhagen last year, and went on to join them on every show of their next European tour, where their friendship and mutual love of each-others music was well and truly ignited.
