The cast of the highly anticipated television series, House of the Dragon hit the red carpet at London’s Leicester Square on Monday for the UK premiere.
Alongside cast, crew, YouTubers and TikTokers, Matt Smith and Olivia Cooke attended the House of the Dragon Premiere in London on Monday. The red carpet event featured a walk-through miniature castle.
House of the Dragon is set 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones. The show follows the story of the Targaryen family and stars Matt Smith, Paddy Considine, Steve Toussaint, Milly Alcock, Emma D’Arcy, Emily Carey and Olivia Cooke. They were all in attendance on the big night.
Australian-born actor, Milly Alcock described the red carpet event as “a bit mental,” adding that the cast and crew had become like a second family, during filming under the pressure of Covid: “We are a big family and these guys literally became my family because I was living on the other side of the world from my family.”
