A new pic shows Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber at peace with each other, following a bombshell podcast and lengthy fan feuds.
A photo shared to Instagram mere hours ago by @tyrellhampton has sent shockwaves across the fanbases of Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber. In the endearing pic, captioned “plot twist,” the two celebrities appear to be at peace with one another, despite years-long speculations of a feud between them.
The newly-emerged photo follows Hailey Bieber’s guest appearance on an episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, which aired on September 28. During the now-viral episode, Hailey discussed her relationship with her husband Justin Bieber, the timeline of them getting together following his split with Selena Gomez, and the cyberbullying she has endured from Selena’s fans due to the relationship.
However, despite years-long speculation of a feud between the two stars, Hailey declared that there is no bad blood between her and Selena: “It’s all respect. It’s all love…I feel like if everybody on our side knows what happened and we’re good.”
She added, “a lot of the hate, and the perpetuation, comes from the misperception, ‘Oh, you stole him.’ It comes from the fact that they wished he had ended up with someone else and that’s fine. You can wish that all you want but that’s just not the case.”
