Tom Cruise & his helicopter “ruin” production on ‘Call The Midwife’

Tom Cruise keeps disrupting the filming of Call The Midwife by flying his personal chopper outside the studio mid-shoot.

At present, Tom Cruise is in the middle of filming Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two at Longcross Studios in Surrey, England. Unfortunately, Call the Midwife happens to be shooting right next door.

The close proximity between the two projects is causing certain complications, particularly due to Cruise reportedly flying his personal chopper to and from the production site.

As reported by The Mirror, Call the Midwife cast member, Jenny Agutter, declared: “Tom Cruise keeps on ruining our filming by landing his helicopter right outside where we’re shooting.”

When asked if she’s considering telling Tom Cruise off for his helicopter antics, Agutter said, “In my habit! Imagine. Excuse me Tom, but look we’re trying to film. I don’t know about you, but just get your helicopter out of here quickly!”

Cruise’s forthcoming film, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two is slated for release on June 28, 2024. Meanwhile, the acclaimed BBC1 show, Call the Midwife is currently in the process of filming its 12th season, set to launch in 2023, with the release date currently unconfirmed.
