Not over US politics yet? Here’s how to watch the final US presidential debate today between Donald Trump and Joe Biden live in Australia.

The final US presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden is set to take place from midday today, and it’s sure to be one of the most-watched in election history across the world, and at home here in Australia.

The debate comes less than two weeks out from the election, which is slated for November 3, and as tensions within America simmer at an all-time high.

Similar to its predecessor, the debate will be divided into six 15-minute segments, set to cover some of the most important issues facing America today, including fighting COVID-19, American families, race in America, climate change, national security, and leadership.

The debate will be held at Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee, and it will be moderated by NBC News White House correspondent Kristen Welker, who has chosen the topics.

This time around, one big change is that each candidate’s microphone will be muted when their opponent is talking, to avoid the immense amount of interruptions which occurred in the first debate.

So, how can you watch the debate in Australia?

The debate is set to kick off at 12 pm AEDT today and will go to 1:30 pm. If you’re watching free-to-air, both SBS and ABC News 24 have you covered.
