The Batman director Matt Reeves has released a deleted scene from the film, giving fans the first look at Barry Keoghan’s take on the Joker.
Fans have been given surprise access to a deleted scene from the 2022 film starring Robert Patterson, The Batman, via a website protected by an interactive Riddler-esque conundrum.
If you solve the riddle on the page, a deleted scene of Dunkirk actor, Barry Keoghan’s Joker is revealed.
Of course, if you can’t be bothered solving the puzzle, the video has already been leaked to YouTube a number of times. But if you have time to solve a fun little riddle, the website is the more rewarding way to go.
Keoghan was teased as a mysterious cast member of The Batman but the extent of his appearance in the film itself was reserved until the end when audiences heard his rendition of the famous Joker laugh.
In the deleted scene however, his voice and face are given an extended preview, exciting fans about a possible sequel featuring more of Keoghan.
The scene takes place in what looks to be Arkham Asylum, with Robert Patterson’s Batman speaking to his notoriously hard-to-crack nemesis.
