Solange‘s headlining shows at the Sydney Opera House for Vivid Live last year sold out in minutes and were praised for the singer’s blend of avant-garde pop, as well as the striking visuals, unique choreography, and imaginative stage and lighting design.
Sydney Opera House has just announced that Solange will be returning, kicking off 2020 with four concerts at the iconic venue.
Solange is bringing her enthralling live show back to Australia in January for her second round of headlining Sydney Opera House shows in the space of 18 months.
R&B trailblazer Solange has announced a series of four live performances at the Sydney Opera House in January next year, these shows will be her only Australian appearances following the release of her latest album When I Get Home.
The new show will feature a “brand-new 360° visual set,” as well as a live band, dancers, and more. She’ll be performing tracks from the new album as well as songs from her storied discography, including from her 2016 masterpiece A Seat At The Table.
The four shows are set to take place on the 27th, 28th, 30th, and 31st of January 2020. Tickets go on sale at 9 am this Friday the 23rd of August, but you can sign up for pre-sale access from 9 am tomorrow. More ticket and pre-sale info can be found here.
