Trevor Powers has announced that his time as Youth Lagoon has come to an end.
In a lengthy statement posted on his Twitter account, Powers explained “There is nothing left to say through Youth Lagoon. It will exist no more.” You can read his full statement below.

Throughout his career that began in 2010, Powers released three albums, The Year of Hibernation in 2011, Wondrous Bughouse in 2013 and Savage Hills Ballroom last year.
Before saying his final goodbyes, Powers will embark on one last European tour, which will kick off this week.
